I needed my carpet restretched and they were able to come within 2 days of me calling and even on a Sunday. The price quoted was reasonable and the exact amount i paid. Norris even cleaned the carpet for no additional charge. The service was efficient and Norris is a cool guy. Will definitely use their services in the future if needed.

I am a landlord who purchased a new home in Plano. The carpets needed to be deep cleaned, sanitized and deodorized before i could rent the house out. Dallas Carpet Cleaning Pro did a fabulous job on the carpets. They looked brand new and there was no order left from the previous owners. I was handling this whole transaction from out of state. The whole process was smooth especially having a toll-free number made it easy to call them., They were professional, on-time, responsive and very easy to work with. I would highly recommend them.

MaleDallas Carpet Cleaning Pro did a fantastic job cleaning my carpets right before Christmas. The representative was punctual, polite and got right to work upon arrival. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean my dirty carpets looked after he was done, and now two months later the stains are still gone and have not reappeared. This was the second time hiring Dallas Carpet Cleaning Pro, as we were so happy the first time. They were very easy to work with and schedule an appointment (did on Facebook). The technician showed up on time and did a great job. I've had other companies clean our carpet and it was always extremely wet afterwards. they manage to do a much better job of removing the excess water and still do a great job of cleaning it.

OMG!! What can I say about this company, other than, don't ever rent a steam cleaner, These guys are amazing. I've had my carpets cleaned by other steam cleaning companies and I've always hated the fact that they leave, and the carpet is still wet!!!
